TERMS OF DELIVERY
Products supplied by SAT CONTROL d.o.o. shall be delivered on the Customer's account from the place of consignment. Transportation, packaging and processing costs shall be charged separately.
SAT CONTROL d.o.o. reserves the right to require advance payment before delivering goods.
The place of performance is the SAT CONTROL d.o.o.'s distributing warehouse. Details concerning delivery dates shall not be binding unless, in exceptional cases, a binding guarantee of the delivery date has been given.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
All SAT CONTROL d.o.o.products, carry a two-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase.

In the event that the goods delivered to the Customer have any defects covered by guarantee, the Customer (the buyer) can at his or her own option either demand that the defects be rectified or a replacement will be provided.
In the event that the Publisher seriously and definitely refuses to perform the agreement or that rectification of the defect or provision of a replacement is unsuccessful, or if the Customer cannot reasonably be expected to accept it or if the SAT CONTROL d.o.o. refuses to do so on account of unreasonable costs, then the Customer shall be entitled at his or her own option in accordance with the legal provisions to terminate the contract, reduce the purchase price or claim compensation for damages (or, if appropriate, reimbursement of expenditure).
The limitation period for guarantee claims relating to the consignment shall be two years from the time of delivery.

RETURN & REFOUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with purchase of SAT CONTROL d.o.o. of a product, please call +386 4 281 62 22 or write on info@solar-motors.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 working days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless DOA. The product must be returned to the SAT CONTROL d.o.o. warehouse within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Thank you for buying with SAT CONTROL d.o.o.
