Do you need our support? No problem. But before having our support, please fill up this form below and get a ticket. Only in this way we can offer you a quick, successful and reliable support. When the problem is in solar tracker itslef, we are requesting a few pictures of installed system and screenshots from tracker's menu (program Helios, web browser,...etc). Send them separatelly to support@sat-control.si. Hint: do screenshots with pressing "PrintScreen" key on your keyboard and paste picture to some program (Paint,Word,...). Photo makes blurry pictures. We will respond to the email which you will enter. Always use the same email. All fields are mandatory. When you think that the services that we are offering are covered with guarantee terms send the photograpy or scann of original invoice. We offer the support only if you paid the product in full by the Reseller or from us.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is due to its composition and the presence of hazardous components a specific type of waste, so it is necessary to distinguish it from other types of waste and properly handle it and process it.
For this purpose we would like to inform Slovenian clients, that you can submit your WEEE free of charge to collectors of ZEOS d.o.o., they ensure an appropriate management of WEEE on our behalf.
