When the problem is in tracker itslef, we are requesting a few pictures of installed system and screenshots from tracker's menu (program Helios, web browser,...etc). Send them separatelly to support@sat-control.si. 

Hint: do screenshots with pressing "PrintScreen" key on your keyboard and paste picture to some program (Paint,Word,...). Photo makes blurry pictures.
