SunTracer's web monitor

Watch and set custom settings on Sun Tracker. Use Internet Explorer only because of ActiveX usage. Check which communication and which hardware you are using before run program.

Start Web Monitor 

(USB port version - newest for hardware type TIV27C...)

Start Web Monitor 

(RS232 port version - oldest for hardware type TIV27B...)

Latest OFFLINE version for USB port communication for the hardware version TIV27C... (use this if you don't have internet connection at your Sun Tracker. Unpack to folder and execute index.html with Internet Explorer)

Quick troubleshooting (FAQ) ?

1) Can't set security settings in Internet Explorer?  recommended settings (pdf)

2) No communication with PC? Check the CABLE WIRING (pdf)

3) I have my own geometry and I purchased only positioner. Please contact support how to properly use "Advanced system editor" - ONLINE or offline version. Please note, that changing system parameters can cause malfunctioning of SunTracer. There is NO system restore!

4) I'm using TIV27B positioner. Here is an old (original) version for monitoring
